-Horse Players Association of North America is the name of the recently formed organization whose goal is to address the many issues that concern today's player. Industry experts: Cary Fotias, William Ziemba (Dr. Z), Nick Mordin, and Barry Meadow have joined Jeff Platt and others to bring real solutions to the many problems facing thoroughbred racing.
