Balance is Key

A GOOD MIXTURE IS 70 PERCENT FAITH AND 30 PERCENT SCIENCE. FAITH IN THE ART OF PEACE WILL ALLOW YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE INTRICACIES OF MODERN SCIENCE.

MORIHEI UESHIBA
-Morihei Ueshiba (1883-1969) is renowned as one of the greatest Martial Artists of all time. He is the founder of Aikido. A great prophet he is the author of the ART OF PEACE.
-One of my greatest lessons from Aikido … is to be in balance in all areas of life. I’m the first to admit this isn’t always easy to attain. Especially after a frustrating day at the track. One of those days where it seems that you would need to bet every horse in the field just to cash a ticket.
-Balance means having a good set of fundamentals to depend on. In all things balance begins with attitude and preparation. Successful betting requires a winning attitude, sound fundamentals, and the belief in oneself. Possibilities become possible when we remove limits. Education, preparation and sound money management skills provide opportunities. A winning attitude is not shattered by a losing day. Success is measured yearly by the man, not daily by the score.
